    What about hobbies, interests, etc? Or do most employers prefer people that don’t expect to have any kind of life outside of their job or programming?

      @Wilson: Whether or not you include hobbies and interests is mostly a matter of your preference and space. For example, if adding your interests is going to end up adding an extra page to your resume, I’d leave them off. On the other hand, if your hobbies somehow dovetail with an employer’s business, I’d include them. There’s really no hard and fast rule.

    This “senior” engineer shows 8 or 9 years experience since receiving an undergraduate degree. He must be about 30 or 31.
