CIOs and wannabe CIOs are a frustrated bunch. They’re forced to hold onto technology they don’t want, and they’re chomping at the bit to bring in new technology. At CIO Boot Camp, held at Interop in Las Vegas, chairman Thornton May asked attendees what technology they were looking to retire, and what technology did they want to add. Watch.

    There definitely isn’t a consensus. But almost all the CIOs I spoke to definitely want to start virtualizing.

    Perhaps I missed it, but I did not hear a consensus among the interviewed. It seems they have their individual desires.
