At the career pavilion at the 2011 Game Developers Conference, I caught up with Rob Galanakis, a Senior Tools Programmer at BioWare. While happy working in the game industry, Galanakis is looking to advance to being a technical director. Up until now Galanakis has been doing all the work and he’d like to be calling the shots.
